研究内容

本研究室では、身体活動、運動、スポーツ、栄養、食事、生活習慣をキーワードに、 細胞から集団まで各研究テーマに応じた幅広い領域の知識や技術を駆使して、競技力も含めた身体能力の向上や健康に関わるさまざまな問題解決をはかっています。
